I finished the stitching on the 5th ornament for 2027. Yes, it is the same a as the other 4. I have one more to stitch and then all 6 will be done. I have had 2 fully finished by The Carolina Stitcher, Faye Riggsbee, and she has 2 to fully finish. Once I stitch the 6th ornament, I will send the last 2 to her for finishing. She may not be able to finish this one in the round since I stitched it so close to the bottom of the fabric, but that doesn't matter. A little variety it nice.

Design & Designer: My Christmas Song by MTV Designs & part of To All A Good Night by KottedTree NeedleArts Fabric" 20CT Vintage Country Mocha (unfortunately I stitched them on different sides of the fabric) Floss: DMC 1st Stitch: 01/13/2026 - Last Stitch: 02/13/2026 For: One of my Great Nieces or Great Nephew for Christmas 2027 Notes: Once I get the 6th ornament stitched I will be sending them to The Carolina Stitcher, Faye Riggsbee to be fully finished. I have had the other 4 finished into rounds but I don't think she will be able to do this in a round because I stitched My Christmas Song to close to the bottom of the fabric.
I am on Page 11 of 12 on Irises in Monet's Garden. I am still on track to finish it by the end of May. A couple of weeks ago CJ saw His Name is Jesus, which I stitched for Barb a couple of years ago, and asked me if I would stitch one for her. Of course, I said yes. I started it on my birthday because I wanted to see how she liked the red floss I picked out for it. She liked it and I have stitched PRI so far. I don't really plan on steadily working on it until I get Irises fully finished. Yesterday I started Hands On Design's Love Note which is Cathy's 2026 Valentine freebie. |
