If you are wondering why 5 of them are Carolyn Manning Designs

and one is Little House of Needleworks  …. I didn't think

Kayla would like the Carolyn Manning designs and I figured she

would like LHN.  She doesn't seem the cutesy type to me.

I am almost finished LHN Farmhouse Christmas Grandpa's Truck for the 2econd time.  I am planning on making it into an ornament for my sister.  I only have a little more border to stitch and it will be finished.

I finished the stitching on this last night.  Changed the cow from brown and white to black and white.  We I was little we lived on a farm and we had black and white Holstein dairy cows.  So to honor my Dad I changed this little cow to black and white.

 Now on to my next project which is LHN - Farmhouse Christmas - Grandpa's Truck.  Yes I know I have already stitched this one but I am stitching it again for an ornament for my sister for 2018 Christmas.

Finished Little House of Needleworks - Farmhouse Christmas Grandpa's Truck into an ornament

I love how this turned out.

I couldn't figure out how to sew the jute around so I glued it.  Doesn't have the same effect but I think it looks pretty good.

I am now stitching Little Darlin' but I am going to change the cow to black and white as that was the colors of the cows we had on our farm when I was little.  I have finished the stitching on my last Christmas ornament. I just have to get little pom-poms and sew them on for the Christmas light.  I bought some yesterday but they are to big.

Susan was suppose to come yesterday but she texted yesterday and is coming today.  From the news last night it sounded like Virginia has had a lot of flooding from the residual of the tropical storm that hit Florida last weekend. 

Well I'm off to get Bob up and then do a little cleaning done before Sue gets here.
